This policy describes the public DinnerBird website. The operating company will be identified after DinnerBird, Inc. is formed.

DinnerBird’s application remains in private development. A separate, expanded notice will apply before public accounts or household-data features become available.

Information this website handles

This is a static informational website. It has no account creation, contact form, behavioral analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, along with ordinary email metadata.

Hosting and technical information

Our hosting, domain, security, and network providers may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser information, requested page, timestamp, and security events. They process that information under their own terms and privacy notices and, where applicable, as service providers to us.

How information is used

We use website and email information to operate and secure DinnerBird, respond to messages, diagnose problems, meet legal obligations, and improve our public information. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.

Affiliate links

DinnerBird does not currently use Amazon Associates links. If compensated links are introduced, we will update this policy and our affiliate disclosure before they appear. The relevant retailer may receive referral and device information when a person deliberately follows such a link.

Retention and disclosure

We retain correspondence and operational records only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We may disclose information to vendors supporting the website, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a lawful business transaction. We do not disclose information for unrelated third-party advertising.

You may browse without providing information directly to DinnerBird. You can ask about information you previously sent by emailing privacy@dinnerbird.com. Rights vary by location; we will respond to applicable requests after taking reasonable steps to verify them.

Children

This website is intended for adults managing household meals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
