These terms govern use of the public DinnerBird informational website. The operating company will be identified after DinnerBird, Inc. is formed.

Current availability
DinnerBird’s application is in private product development and is not offered through this website. Descriptions, examples, mockups, anticipated features, retailer support, and availability may change. Nothing on this site is a promise that a feature or release will become available.
Informational content
Kitchen guides and other materials provide general planning and educational information. They are not medical, dietary, nutritional, food-safety, financial, or legal advice. Consider individual allergies, health needs, food condition, preparation instructions, and authoritative safety guidance when making household decisions.
Retailers and purchasing
DinnerBird is independent from the retailers it may discuss. Retailer names belong to their respective owners. Prices, inventory, products, substitutions, sellers, fulfillment, and terms are controlled by the retailer and can change. The household is responsible for reviewing those details and personally submitting any order in the retailer’s own experience.
Affiliate relationships
DinnerBird does not currently use Amazon Associates links. If affiliate links are introduced, they will be disclosed clearly and governed by the applicable program and our affiliate disclosure. Participation in an affiliate program does not imply retailer sponsorship or endorsement.
Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful, personal, informational purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse its content or branding, introduce harmful code, or use the site in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.
